Bring Your Own Beamer Coming to Brum

February 16th, 2012

Bring Your Own Beamer (BYOB) hits Brum on the 16th March 2012.

The free event invites digital artists with projectors to show their original works in Vivid as part of the Flat Pack festival. I’m also pleased to announce that I have been invited to provide some digital audio accompaniment to the proceedings.

I’ve dusted off the laptop, got the Launchpad launching and am chopping up audio in Ableton Live in preparation.

Arcade TwentyFour selected for “Compound Fractures” compilation

July 10th, 2011

One of my more experimental boundary and enveloping pushing tunes has recently been selected for the equally left field compilation “Compound Fractures” on the recently formed Dislocated Tones net label. I initially heard about the formation of the label through the ever informative www.getlofi.com and after a couple of weeks and months of effort I am pleased to announce that the comp has hit the virtual shelves of http://www.dislocatedtones.com/compound-fractures/.

No money need change hands as all tracks are freely downloadable and share-able with the entire world.

Arcade Facebook Page

April 19th, 2011

I thought it a top idea to set up a facebook page given how widely this is used throughout the world by the great and the good. To make life easier FB includes the ability to like and see who else likes the page. So far I have sent this on to my musically inclined friends and hope to get more followers over time so that I can set up a short URL.

Free Electronic Music

July 4th, 2010

To celebrate the wonderful summer we are having and to commiserate for the England World Cup team / Andy Murray not going further I have decided to release some of my work Free of Charge under the Creative Commons licensing agreement. That’s nothing, nowt, nada, not a sausage, in short FREE FREE FREE!

The Creative Commons license means you cannot profit from the music but can share with your friends and family ’til your heart’s content – which I would be most grateful if you would.

Have a little listen to these three beauties and let me know what you think:
